As the Director of Operations for the Valerie King Team, I am the engine behind the systems and processes that keep our business running at its best. My role is equal parts strategic and hands-on. I build and manage the workflows that support our agents and clients, while staying actively involved in every stage of the buying, selling, and renting process.
From coordinating marketing for our listings and events, to serving as a resource for vendor inquiries, to co-managing our client Facebook community, I work to make sure nothing falls through the cracks. I keep our clients and vendor partners informed and confident throughout every step of their experience with us.
At the core of everything I do is a commitment to service. I am Valerie's right hand, and my goal is simple: to make sure our team operates with excellence so that every client feels supported, every partner feels valued, and every transaction closes with confidence.
